Larry LOnly when it suits their agenda, and there is NO support for their ruling in American jurisprudence.

JASI had a wild thought that since the SCOTUK is now the infant court, in the sense that it has finally become independent from the legislative branch, maybe it should be looking to US law!!! And, the SCOTUS should no longer consider British law.
