Search Warrant
In a search warrant.....the address of the property is correct in the supporting affidavit. However, due to a typo (a huge one) the address in the warrant itself is wrong (really wrong....house number, street name, etc.). Whole case hinges on what was found in the house. I think it is fatal. Anyone have any ideas to save my case?

There a lot of cases that state that a defective address in the warrant does not invalidate the warrant if the description of the place to be searched is sufficiently described in the affidavit.

Take a look at, e.g., Taylor v.S., 974 sw2d 851 (Tex. App.--Houston [14] '98, no pet.); Jones v. S., 914 sw2d 675 (Tex. App.--Amarillo '96, no pet.).
