I posted on experts as well, but more people read this.

I am looking for any info on the above witness (Ed.D. - school psychology). He has been recognized by the CAC in Austin, but is testifying on reliability of outcry from my victim tomorrow for the defense. Any comments or lines of inquiry would be appreciated.

He is off the stand. It went pretty well, and I would recommend him as a State's witness, especially to rebut some of the other psychologists I have seen.

He is very respected up in Waco. He testifies in CPS cases frequently. I know that Travis County DA utilizes him alot in criminal cases.
