Contact Wes Wittig at Fort Bend DA's. He may be able to help you.

I contacted Pat Johnson at our Crime Lab. He suggested contacted the Texas Department of Health Services. They absorbed the former Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. They should be able to refer you to experts on the effects of meth on human behavior.
