We've been asked to help compile data related to the investigation and prosecution of human trafficking in Texas. I haven't heard of any cases other than one in Hidalgo County a few years ago, but I agreed to ask around to see if any Texas prosecutors have handled a human trafficking case under Penal Code Chapter 20A.
