Ohio Goes Mandatory
Starting today, Ohio drivers with prior offenses who are suspected of driving while drunk must take a breath-alcohol test.

Details.

Imagine how that would work in Texas. Wouldn't you support a law that required repeat drunk drivers to provide a breath or blood sample? Why should chronic drunks get the same pass on providing evidence as first-time offenders?

Who is working on the TDCAA legislative committee for the next legislative session?

Does anyone have a draft of the previous efforts in Texas to pass similar legislation?

Why restrict it to repeat offenders? A drunk driver is a drunk driver.
