A defense attorney subpoenaed a child victim's guardians to his office and took there depositions without noticing me or asking the trial court's permission. What remedy would you take if any?

I forgot to mention that the guardians complied with the subpoena and their testimony was taken down by a court reporter. He also took into his possession my victim's diary.
