Company van is used to transport third party workers around the state under a contract with the third party workers' employer. The passenger/employees are suspected of running drugs via the vans. Do you think there is any violation in taping their conversations in the van? The van company has no problem with letting law enforcement install hidden camera equipment. I don't think the passengers have a reasonable expectation of privacy in a company van. What do you think?
