Attorney Bonds
Isn't there some rule that requires that for an attorney to post an attorney bond, he must represent the defendant in the underlying case?

When served a copy of my Motion to Find Bond Insufficient, the attorney that bonded out my defendant is now saying he doesn't represent him. So he is not planning on being present at the hearing. I don't think my judge is going to act without the defendant having counsel. So the whole thing will be put off even longer, the defendant will remain out, and my victim and her family will remain in danger (IMHO).
