TEXAS PROSECNo I have 2 alternate grand jurors, but I just recall in the past using a motion/ order signed by Judge to substitute an alternate grand juror.

CFRIs a juror dq'ed because he moved? My understanding is if you're qualified when selected, you're qualified for the term.

JBIf you move, don't you lose the residency required to serve as a grand juror? Aren't you then disqualified?
