BethanyIs a festival a drug-free zone???
We are trying to decide if a 3 day festival that has carnival rides could count as a "playground" for the purposes of a drug-free zone. Playground is defined as an outdoor facility that is intended for recreation, open to the public and contains 3 ro more separate apparatus intended for the recreation of children such as slides, swing sets, and teeterboards. What do you think?

JBThat's pretty funny. The notion that a carnival, run by parolees, would qualify as a "drug-free" zone. In theory only.

AggregationI guess you've never been to ACL. There is a very dense cloud just below the stage.
