MWImplied Consent idea
I've got a copy of a defendant's Florida driver's license. On the face of the DL, at the bottom, is the following statement:
"Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobriety test required by law."
Sounds to me like a great way to educate the public.

T FWith our Legislature's DWI philosophy, any similar message would also surely include the following: "But, you don't [i]really[i] have to do any of this stuff!" Maybe a little graphic showing a nod and wink to go with that.
