I'm considering charging a landowner with criminal violations of the Water Code and criminal trespass.

Criminal offenses are listed at 7.142 of the Water Code. Possible offenses are:
* Unlawful Use (diversion) of State water -11.081
* Destruction of water works (ditch, embankment) - 11.088

Anyone ever used criminal provisions of water Code? Appreciate any advice.
