Does anybody out there ever charge Intent to Deliver Marijuana?

I've never thought about it much but such a charge does not seem authorized under HSC 481.119, 481.120, or 481.121. I know we could charge attempt to deliver (HSC 481.108), but merely possessing a large quantity wouldn't provide proof of that preparatory offense.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

There is no offense of POM with intent to deliver. You possess or deliver.
