Does anyone have, and be willing to share, a boilerplate State's Motion for Discovery in order to discover the defense's experts? Thanks,

Be careful with what you file. If you file a motion--it will ostensibly have no effect until an order is signed granting the relief sought.

Art. 3914(b) talks in terms of a party's request. I routinely file a Request for Disclosure of Experts Pursuant to Art. 39.14(b) in every case that is indicted.
