Does anyone have a go-by for a writ to get a defendant from federal prison to state district court to do a plea? I am told that I need to file a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Defenduum. I have no idea if that's right or not, but I'll file whatever they want to give me my guy for a quick turnaround plea so I can move the case.
