Gordon LeMaireFail to stop and render aid
Am I overthinking this?
Our indictment language states, "when it was then apparent that [injured party] was in need of medical treatment."
But the statute only seems to require that a person involved in an accident stop and provide information and if any needs medical assistanc to provide it. (Call for ambulance, etc.)
How is a driver supposed to know "it was apparent someone was in need of medical assistance"?
