How will this affect Possession of Synthetic marijuana? Will it no longer be filed under 481.1161 (POCS PG2A)?

Considering that it may now be charged as a SFJ under 481.115 (POCS PG1) for possession less than a gram will DPS Crime Lab be obligated to test it now on a regular basis so we can prosecute for mere possession?
