JK McCownHelp. I'm tired
Does anybody know off the top of their head whether aggravated assault by threat with a deadly weapon is a conduct or result-oriented offense?

MerritNature of conduct. Sneed, 803 S.W.2d 835 n.2; Guzman, 988 S.W.2d at 887; see also
http://www.tdcaa.com/jury_charges/files/2202a2.docI think TDCAA's form charge is wrong to include the phrase "or cause the result" as part of the definition of intentionally for agg. assault by threat.
