For purposes of the enhancement in the UCW statute for carrying on a licensed premises, is the Chapter 46 Penal Code definition of premises to be used or that in Section 11.49 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code. Our office has a split of opinion on this issue, and I am seeking outside aid. Thanks for any information y'all can give.

To my knowledge Terry, 877 S.W.2d at 69-70 still answers this question. The definition of "premises" in 46.03 applies only to the premises referred to in that section.
