is there any direction to community supervision offices to allocate money received from defendants to restitution first?

General practice here is for payments made by defendants on community supervision to be applied pro rata to the total amounts owed. HOWEVER, in cases with significant restitution, we will ask the Court to order that payments received by CSCD be applied FIRST to restitution, and include language to that effect in the conditions.
