Is anyone still attempting to get this into evidence during intox-related offenses? What do the "best minds" out there think regarding the direction the CCA is ultimately going to take on this type of testimony? We've a case coming up in which we don't NEED the extrapolation, but it could certainly shore up the other fine intoxication evidence. Worth the risk or not?
