Inquiring minds were wondering if that new tool is being used, and if so, how it's been working. Anyone want to share their experiences with it?

I used ccp 17.152 to deny bond on a guy charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. The victim was his daughter. The bond contained the condition of no contact with the victim, and we found out the defendant had moved her in with him. After getting the judge to deny bond, we reached a plea agreement rather quickly.
