ICHCase on liberal views
I thought I saw on this website that a person might be struck for cause if they have "liberal views". Does anybody know the cite of the case?! We have a capital voir dire going on, and I would appreciate the help.

P.D. RayIf you go to the law quiz of the day and 'search' for liberal views, you find:
See Cuestas v. State, 933 S.W.2d 731 (Tex.App.--Fort Worth 1996)(panelis acknowledged he was politically liberal)

Richard DulanyWe would never seat a jury here in El Paso if we struck folks with liberal views.
