The Sheriff has asked me to look at LEMIT's model eyewitness identification policy. He is concerned about the length, and a reading of it makes me think that I could edit it and rearrange it a bit to make it briefer (but without changing anything substantive about it). Has anyone else done that, or is the conventional wisdom that we would be safer adopting it verbatim?
