A mobile home retailer sells a home & land package for cash to buyer, but fails to deliver clear ownership documents to the cash buyer. Months later, the retailer uses the buyers purchased property as collateral on a line of credit for floor planned mobile homes on behalf of the retailer without consent of the buyer. Subsequently, the couty court records as amended reflect a UCC Financing Statement (lein) attached to the buyer's property.<BR><BR>What crime(s) have occured and who are the victims?
