Defendant's PDR was just denied on this case. Posted because I was just excited there's finally a good DWI opinion out there after the avalanche of bad ones we've faced the last couple years. Main lesson is to build an incredibly detailed record in your suppression hearing about all of the circumstances in play. Great job to our appellate folks!
