I have a felony murder trial starting next week in which an officer was killed. Long story, but it is not capital murder due to the lack of intent to kill.

The question is this: Do any of you have any hypos that you use in voir dire when you are talking about the murder of an officer in order to save the State's jurors? I have been racking my brain to think of some, but I am coming up empty.
