I'm doing my first. Defense attorney is former DA. They have done hardly anything, but turned down a 15 year plea offer, and trial is in January. That worries me. Would someone be willing to look over my indictment to see if there is something that I am missing? maybe give me a number where I could call and bounce a few questions? maybe be a devil's advocate?
