I have a 4 week old with a brain bleed and some healing rib fractures. There are two other siblings in the home that we want to forensically interview at our local CAC. The mother is refusing to allow them to be interviewed. Is there a provision in the CCP or FAM code that allows us to take them from school regardless of her permission?

Take the CAC to the school and do the interviews there. Obvious advantages to doing so.
