Adrienne McFarland and Steven Todd at the AG's knew just how to handle one of those motions in a capital trial in our county last year. They pretty much impressed everyone who saw the trial with their competency and effectiveness.
They're nice folks, and I know they'd be glad to talk them through it.
What would a State's motion for defense to disclose mitigating circumstances look like?
