Perhaps I am behind the times, but I really didn't know this was a problem.

Many of the goats shown at the local 4H stock show are tattooed inside their ears. But is it really a pet if you intend to eat them later? Is this a consideration that only us rural DAs have?

The article says it doesn't include tattooing for identification, Brody. I know tattooing dogs is becoming a new form of IDing, but it sounds like this is just the cosmetic ones.

The article states the bill's author proposed the law after she noticed "gothic" kittens with tattoos for sale online.
