To extend a grand jury's term, does a written order need to be entered? If so, does anyone have such an order I can look at?

I was a law clerk for the Travis County District Attorney's Office, and we looked at extending a Grand Jury for a big insurance fraud case.

Try calling them, and asking for the Insurance fraud unit. I think I did a memo on it sometime around 1997-1998.
