What is the statute of limitations for money laundering and narcotics/drug conspiracy?

See CCP 12.01(3)(E) for money laundering; 7 yrs if not barred by limitations before 9/1/07.

See CCP 12.03 for conspiracy - you look to the limitations period for the most serious drug charge related to the conspiracy (go back to 12.01 to determine that); looks as if not specifically listed, it's 3 years under 12.01(6). My only caveat is whether drug SOLs come out of the health and safety code.
