It does not appear that the house bill to add the offense of graffiti to 71.02(a) passed. Does anyone know anything different?

They added four new offenses to Sec. 71.02, but graffiti was not one of them.

Guess we have to attend a TDCAA Leg Update to find out those four offenses.
