Brody V. BurksClinical labs that can provide a chain of custody?
A child victim of sexual assault has herpes as a result. If suspect has antibodies for herpes it would substantially help the case. Assume that a warrant is doable.
BUT
Any forensic lab we have found that can maintain a chain of custody for the sample won't test for herpes. Clinical labs that do test for herpes won't maintain a chain of custody. Anyone have a recommendation?
