I just confirmed with APD that Austin, if not the whole of Travis County, will also be participating in a "no refusal" weekend over July 4.

Looks like Galveston is in too.

Wise County will be conducting our very first no refusal weekend.

Nacogdoches County is having a No Refusal Weekend beginning July 3, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. and ending July 5, 2009, at 5:00 p.m.

Collin County will be operating one as well.

We are not having a no refusal weekend this 4th of July but August 1st our office (39th Judicial District) will go to no refusal full time on felony DWI's in all four of our counties. We are putting a fax machine at the District Judges house where search warrants can be faxed to him. If the Judge is out of pocket the JP's are willing to help.

Parker County (Weatherford) is doing one too.
