jury instruction
Hi all,

My boss asked me to find a jury instruction defining "on or about" in reference to the date of the offense. Couldn't find in the database or mclungs... Anybody got one?

Thanks,
Rachel

You are further charged as a part of the law in this case that the state is not required to prove the exact date alleged in the indictment [or information] but may prove the offense, if any, to have been committed at any time prior to the presentment of the indictment [or the filing of the information] so long as said offense, if any, occurred within ________ years of the date of the Presentment of the indictment [or the filing of the information]; you are further instructed that the day the indictment [or information] was presented [or filed] and the day of the offense, if any, occurred, shall not be computed within the ________ year limitation period.
