Rachel Pattonjury instruction
Hi all,
My boss asked me to find a jury instruction defining "on or about" in reference to the date of the offense. Couldn't find in the database or mclungs... Anybody got one?

JohnRYou are further charged as a part of the law in this case that the state is not required to prove the exact date alleged in the indictment [or information] but may prove the offense, if any, to have been committed at any time prior to the presentment of the indictment [or the filing of the information] so long as said offense, if any, occurred within ________ years of the date of the Presentment of the indictment [or the filing of the information]; you are further instructed that the day the indictment [or information] was presented [or filed] and the day of the offense, if any, occurred, shall not be computed within the ________ year limitation period.
