Do you know of any prosecutor's offices or law enforcement agencies who use discretionary funds such as forfeiture funds, hot check funds, etc., for PSA-type press spots announcing and touting an area law enforcement emphasis/crack-down in areas such as intoxicated drivers, etc.? I hear our US Attorney on our local radio station warning felons not to possess guns... I could probably get a few free ones but I'm thinking that an offer of two free for each paid one might work even better.
