I have the pleasure of retrying a 6 year old murder. The defendant testified and I have the cases saying his testimony at the original trial is admissible - anyone familiar with the mechanics of getting that read before the jury in the most coherent manner? i was considering having the sponsoring witness read the defendants answers after i read the questions.
