I'm trying to establish a general motion in limine that addresses all the typical defense attorney nonsense to file before each trial AND that I can add to as these twerps come up with new nonsense. Just covering the initial bases is proving to be a fairly lengthy task -- so does anyone have a general mil that you can share via email?
