DWLI Prove up at Trial
Do you need a business records affidavit of driving record and previous suspension of alochol related suspension to prove DWLI or is there something else?

No. A DPS driver's license record is a public record under Texas Rule of Evidence 803(8), which is an exception to the hearsay rule. They are also self authenticating under Rule 902(4)
