Indigent defense plans
My judge has heard that some indigent defense plans require the attorney to be residents of the district. If someone has one of those...would you share? Thanks. Wink

While we don't have a residency requirement for the defense attorneys--our district courts in Parker County require that the attorney maintain a staffed office in the county so that the defendants can meet locally with their counsel.

Thank you; any others out there?

Orange County requires you to have a brick and mortar office in Orange County as opposed to a P.O. Box address in order to receive court appointments in Orange County.
