Good morning!

Does anyone have a jury charge for harassment of a public servant? Neither the pattern nor OConnors has a charge for this offense, and I’d like to not start from scratch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What crime is that? I'm not aware of a public servant manner and means under Harassment (PC Sec. 42.07).

It’s under PC 22.11, harassment by persons in certain facilities. The “chunking” statute, as it were.

This case is actually spitting on a cop.

I managed to find a charge, but I appreciate the replies!
