At the Capital Murder seminar in Kerrville, I referenced a transcript of Jon Sorensen's testimony in a recent capital murder punishment phase. Sorensen was called to testify about actuarial risk assessmnet of murderers in TDC. This is the same study used by most future danger experts (Cunningham, Kessner, etc,). His testimony was disallowed after a preliminary hearing because it was misleading and contained a high error rate. I've forwarded that transcript to Erik Nielsen at TDCAA. I think you'll find it helpful in upcoming trials.
