Tammy A.Copy of Injunction in Moore v. Morales, H-93-2170?
Hello,
I am an ADA in the Federal Litigation Section in Dallas County.
The Southern District of Texas, Houston Division issued an injunction in Moore v. Morales, No. H-93-2170 (S.D. Tex 1993) enjoining the enforcement of the Barratry Statute (TPC 38.12) as unconstitutional.
Does anyone have a physical copy of the injunction that names all of the defendants? Although the issued opinion only lists a handful of defendants, the injunction governed five consolidated cases with numerous defendants. The case pre-dates PACER, and I am unable to locate a complete listing of all defendants.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

A. DiamondCall the federal trial court and get the info on the case file location from the clerk.
Call, email, or fax to the federal archives to get a copy of the file or injunction. Or visit the archives in person to see the whole file.
They are nice, they are helpful. They are not fast.
