Larry LGuitierrez v. State (Case of the Week)
Just noodling here, but if a provision that a person leave the country is not valid because immigration issues are left to the federal government, then is a condition of supervision requiring a defendant who is not legally in Texas to "not leave XXXX county without the permission of the community supervision officer or the court" valid? Why or why not?
