I've seen several threads on this guy, but I wanted to post a new thread to see if there is any new information out. I'm sitting in a Capital Death case this very moment while he is testifying in preparation for a death case I'll be trying soon. So, any dirt on this guy???

By the way, Cunningham admits to his fee now ($300 per hour). In case my original post wasn't clear, I was watching Cunningham testify in another case in preparation for one I have to try next year. Thanks to the Tarrant County prosecutor for sending me information!!!
