I have an affidavit for a search warrant that defines "said suspected place" as the house and vehicles on the premises; however the warrant says "you are commanded to enter the suspected place described in said affidavit as, 0000 state highway #00 River City, Texas 00000, and to there search for the personal property described is said affidavit..."

The problem is that the gun was found in a vehicle and not the house. The search warrant references the said suspect place as described in the affidavit but doesn't mention vehicles even though they are included in the affidavit as said suspected place. Does the fact that the search warrant left out the word vehicles, curtilage etc. void the search of the vehicle?
