Guy uses I-Phone to access MobileMe and uses identity of a fairly successful model (name, photo, etc.) so he could get $ and naked photos from various guys hoping to date said model. In addition to theft, can he be charged with 3rd degree Online Harrassment? What other crimes would you charge?
